The Computing Services Service Desk

Heading eastward accross Brooks Walk, just past Montgomery Gym, on your right you come upon Murray Hall. When built, it originally held the Art and Music Departments, and at one point housed Allegheny's Language Department. In 1998, it became the home of the college's computing serevices departments

Murray Hall contains three divisions of Learning, Information, and Technology Services (LITS) - User Services, Technical and Network Services, and Administrative Information Services, as well a Maytum Multimedia Smart Classroom and computing lab and the College's video conference facility.

User Services staff provide the first line of sevice for computing problems experienced by the campus community. Throughout the week User Support Specialists rotate duty hours at the front service desk assisting students, staff and faculty.

Hours of Operation

• Professional Staff are on duty Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm at Murray Hall.
• Computing Assistants are also availiable on select weeknights at the Caflish 24-7 study space and lounge to provide basic user support.

Wednesday	7:00 - 9:00pm
Thursday	8:00 - 10:30pm
Sunday	8:00 - 10:30pm
