If you find that you are composing the same email message over and over, either in reply to emails or as new messages, then you may want to save that message as stationery and use Eudora's New Message With or Reply With command.
First compose the email you want to send, leaving the To: field blank. Fill in the Subject, CC: and BCC: fields, if desired. Then click File > Save as Stationary to save the message in your Eudora Stationery folder (C:\Home\Main\My Documents\Mail\Stationery\ ) See the Creating Stationery tutorial for further details, if you are new to stationery in Eudora.

Close the message after you have saved it as stationery.
To use this stationery for creating a new message, click Message > New Message With and select the name of the stationery you wish to use.

Fill in the To: field on the message and make any necessary edits to the message before clicking Send.

You can also reply to a message using stationery. Simply select the message you want to reply to, click Message > Reply With and select the stationery you want to use for the reply. Make any desired edits to the message before clicking Send.
