Faculty are invited to register for this summer's instructional technology workshops.
I want to bring to your attention an opportunity provided by NITLE on Technologies for Teaching Writing. The day long workshop will examine the impact digital tools have on the teaching of writing and provide an overview of tools that facilitate:

Friday, April 4th is the registration deadline for the NITLE workshops on teaching students who grew up in the digital age.
The workshops Teaching Digital Immigrants and Visual Literacy: Tools for Teaching and Learning with Images still have spaces available. Both workshops are full-day sessions that will be offered on May 15 and 16 respectively.
Participation in these workshop is open to members of the Allegheny community and faculty, librarians, and technologists from peer colleges of the NITLE network. Visit the online registration form before Friday April 4 to reserve your place in these workshops.
The registration period for the remaining instructional technology workshop remains open until a week prior to the workshop.
